Forest Design will set up as many email boxes as you require in our server and for each email box you will need to set up a corresponding account in your office computer - we can help you with this if you need us to.

Unlimited e-mail forwarding
You can forward e-mail received at your domain name to any other e-mail account.

Autoresponders
Forest Design can put autoresponders on your email system that automatically send a message to the person sending the incoming email. Useful if you are going to be away for a while or just want to give them a polite response telling them you will be back to them as soon as you can.

WebMail
Forest Design can also provide the facility for you to access your emails from any computer anywhere in the country or the world. All you need is an internet connection and you will be able to quickly and easily access your email box. You will be able to read and reply to urgent emails, and delete unwanted emails, safe in the knowledge that as long as you don't delete them from WebMail, your important emails will be retained on the server for you to download to your own computer next time you are in your office or home.
